Jill Garelick, Founder

For the past seven years Jill has been working in television. She graduated from California State University, Northridge with a degree in Education and decided to pursue a dream instead of her major. She began her career as a production assistant in Entertainment News, TV Guide Channel and climbed her way up the production ladder.Jill had a well-rounded four years at TV Guide Channel where she gained hands on experience from talented producers in multiple facets including booking talent, field producing, stage managing etc.Since TV Guide Channel, she has been steadily working in reality TV.She has produced for ABC, FOX, TBS, TLC, E!, VH1 and MTV.As a hobby she produced two successful one-man theatrical productions, "Fried Chicken and Latkas" with Rain Pryor and "Neurotica" with Sam Brown.Jill loves finding exciting new locations to shoot, securing trade-outs, and creating memorable stories.Most recently, Jill's passion to connect people has come to fruition with this website.Her goal with "Connecting Reality" is to create a controlled enviroment for credited reality TV professionals to network. Lale Arpaci, Co-founder

Lale "Lolly" Arpaci has had an interesting career in Hollywood. As a reality TV producer, Arpaci's recent work includes serving as Casting Producer for "High School Reunion," Segment Producer on Spike TV's "Disorderly Conduct: Video on Patrol" and directing and producing "Press Pass," a pilot presentation for Bravo.Lale finished directing and producing a 13 episode celebrity interview series for USA Today Live, featuring interviews with Paris Hilton, Jessica Alba, Hilary Duff, Tori Spelling, Brooke Shields and many others.She was also an Assistant Story Editor on Bravo's "Work Out" and an Associate Producer on a Telepictures court show pilot. Lale recently directed a promo for USA Today Live as well as numerous industrial videos for Taco Bell Corporation and for the City of Los Angeles. Before this, she worked with legendary Mel Brooks on the film adaptation of the musical "The Producers" and with writer-director Phil Alden Robinson. Her experience includes serving as a marketing consultant and music supervisor for a major television network.
