The Tape Operator/Vaultwill be responsible for every piece of media that moves in and out of ourfacility for a new Broadcast Network, dailytelevision series.  The showcombines celebrity news, comedy, and talk, hosted by well-known personalities.

The right candidate shouldbe poised to work in a constantly changing environment that will require longhours and high stress.  The TapeOperator/Vault must be a self-starter, highly organized and able to work underminimal supervision.

The right candidatepossess working knowledge of the following:

-      Deck operation for XDCam,HDCAMSR, D5, DigiBeta, etc.

-      Tracking tapes

-      Maintaining currenttape database

-      Signal flow

-      Dubbing

-      Patching

-      Ability tocommunicate with satellite facilities for incoming and outgoing transmissions

-      Digitizing

-      Backups

Fulltime availability will be required as of July2011.
